Bright Core Drivers® began with a spark - one that came directly from our clients.
"How is it possible that all 10 of my engineers came out as the same "personality type", but I notice that they are motivated in such different ways and also differ in their approach to solving problems? That's just a label. So what? I need to know what matters to them - what drives them - not just what box they fit in."
That frustration became the catalyst. Founder Tracy Meyer had spent decades working across leadership, learning, and behavioural psychology - she observed: personality alone doesn't explain alignment, energy, or fulfilment.
Bright Core Drivers® was created to answer a deeper question: What really fuels people at work?
We're not another personality test. We're a human performance and alignment system designed to reveal:

Co-founder and technical lead Andre Groen built the SaaS platform from scratch - designing a secure, scalable system that integrates beautifully, visualises insights instantly, and adapts across use cases from recruitment to retention.
Now we're evolving even further with Ricky - our AI-powered insight companion that brings human understanding to life in real time, one conversation at a time.
